Pie made in Suffolk with Chicken and Ham produced in Suffolk.
I Sous Vide the chicken breasts, chunk cut then fold into my special white sauce containing sautéed leeks and spices encased into my unique Pie Shop Pastry casing. The chicken I use is sourced from Sutton Hoo just a few miles from my shop in Felixstowe. Sutton Hoo chicken has a deserved reputation for delicious free range chicken of the very highest quality. Delivering a stunning flavour, amazing texture. The Ham I purchase from a Suffolk Company ‘The Taste of Suffolk’ I use the smoke version in my Pies.
