Lamb Shank (78%), Mint Gravy (22%) (Water, White Wine Vinegar, Sugar, Lamb Stock (Lamb Stock (Lamb Bone, Lamb Meat, Lamb Fat), Carrot Juice, Salt, Dried Onion, Antioxidant (Rosemary Extract)), Cornflour, Tomato Puree, Mint, Garlic Puree, Caramelised Sugar Syrup, Salt, Thyme, Rosemary, Mint Flavouring, Ground Black Pepper).

Directions for Use
Reheat product until core temperature of the meat exceeds 75°C

Storage Instructions
Store Frozen Below -18°C. Once defrosted, do not refreeze. Keep refrigerated and use within 3 days. Once opened, keep refrigerated and use within 24 hours.
