Deliciously slow cooked lamb shank in a red wine & rosemary gravy

Lamb Shank (73%), Red Wine and Rosemary Gravy (27%) (Water, Sugar, Red Wine Vinegar, Cornflour, Red Wine, Tomato Puree, Lamb Stock (Lamb Stock (Lamb Bone, Lamb Meat, Lamb Fat), Carrot Juice, Salt, Dried Onion, Antioxidant (Rosemary Extract)), Salt, Garlic Puree, Rosemary, Caramelised Sugar Syrup, Thyme, Ground Black Pepper).

Directions for Use
Reheat product until core temperature of the meat exceeds 75°C

Storage Instructions
Store Frozen Below -18°C. Once defrosted, do not refreeze. Keep refrigerated and use within 3 days. Once opened, keep refrigerated and use within 24 hours.
